Scrambled Tofu


I usually eat cereal (with soymilk) or toasted bread for breakfast. Last Saturday I was out of both. However luckily, there is Tofu in the fridge. Since some green chillies and onions were also lying around, I thought of making scrambled tofu. This is only the second time that I made it this way, but it came out very well.
